2 tournaments per year
Optional winter futsal (BEARS Futsal)
Optional camps and additional training opportunities
SUMMER (June - August)
Following a short post-tryout training period, players enter a summer break before returning for optional pre-season camps and training. These opportunities are important for building fitness, sharpening technical ability, and preparing for the transition into a more demanding 11v11 environment.
FALL SEASON (August - November)
The primary competitive season. Players train up to 3-4 times per week and compete in league play on weekends. This stage introduces increased tactical expectations, positional understanding, and accountability within a team system.
Players compete in different leagues and levels (NorCal, NPL, ECNL-RL, MLSNext), depending on their team placement and development pathway.
Club-wide events like Opening Day Parade and Raise Craze continue to build connection and club identity.
WINTER (December - February)
Players have the option to participate in BEARS Futsal. Futsal is highly beneficial at this stage, supporting speed of play, technical sharpness, and decision-making under pressure.
SPRING SEASON (March - May)
A continuation of the competitive season with a strong focus on development and performance. Players refine tactical understanding, improve consistency, and continue progressing within their pathway as they prepare for the next level.
