Eastshore Alliance FC (EAFC) showcased its talent and tenacity at the San Ramon Boo Cup this past weekend, with multiple teams competing across age groups. Though the weekend brought some tough matches, the teams displayed impressive skill, resilience, and unforgettable moments.

From October 3-6, 2024, Eastshore Alliance FC’s 2012G Navy team traveled to Provo, Utah, to compete in the prestigious DPL Showcase tournament. With over 60 clubs from across the western United States participating, the tournament featured intense competition at the U13 and U14 age groups. However, the 2012G Navy squad stood out, finishing the weekend undefeated with a perfect 3-0 record, winning their bracket without conceding a single goal.

Eastshore Alliance FC's October Player Spotlight features Ellis, a talented Central Midfielder from the 2015B Navy team. With five years of experience, Ellis is recognized for his playmaking ability, leadership, and ambition to one day play professionally for Manchester City. He credits his success to the support of his coaches, particularly Coach Bryan, who praises Ellis as the team's most improved player during the 2023/24 season. This past weekend, Eastshore Alliance FC’s 2008G Red team showcased their defensive prowess and determination as they clinched the title at the Stanford Strikers Tournament. Meanwhile, the 2012G Orange team demonstrated remarkable growth and resilience during their first 11v11 tournament at the Solano Surf Classic.

In the competitive world of youth soccer, standout players often rise through their dedication, skill, and passion for the game. This month, Eastshore Alliance FC proudly features Niara, a standout player from the 2012G Navy team. Recognized by EAFC coaches as an ID player, Niara has been given unique opportunities to challenge herself and grow in different environments. For the past month, she has been training with the 2012B Navy team under Coach Mason, in addition to her regular training with the 2012G Navy team and Coach Sam.

Eastshore Alliance FC (EAFC), a local nonprofit youth soccer club, had 4 competitive teams out competing in tournaments this past weekend. Each team showcased their competitive spirit and talent while competing in prestigious tournaments across the Bay Area. The club’s dedication to developing top-tier soccer talent was on full display, as teams from various age groups battled fiercely against strong opponents. The results highlighted the club’s prominence in Bay Area youth soccer, reaffirming Eastshore Alliance FC’s commitment to excellence in competitive soccer within the Berkeley, El Cerrito, Albany, Richmond, and San Pablo soccer communities.
