Program: Builds confidence, coordination, and basic soccer skills.
Seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring, & Summer.
- Fall and Spring seasons have mid week or weekend registration options.
- 6-8 sessions per season.
Next Steps: Smooth transition to Grassroots or Junior Allies.

Mini Allies

AGES 5-12

Program: Fun, age appropriate soccer for kids of all skill levels.
Practice Length: Ages 5-7 45 minutes train twice a week.
Competition: Ages 5-7 in-house weekend inter-squad play dates. Ages 7-12 play 7v7 and 9v9 in Jack London Recreational Soccer League playing against other local clubs.
Next Steps: As players gain confidence and skills, many transition into our Junior Allies or Competitive teams for continued growth in more advanced environment.

Grassroots

AGES 6-8

Program: Pre-Competitive U8 soccer program for motivated young players getting ready for competitive soccer.
Seasons: Fall/Winter/Spring
- 8-12 week seasons
Practice Length: 75 min
Competition: 4v4 - 5v5 games
Player Pathway: Prepares players for U9 Competitive Soccer (7v7)

Junior Allies

AGES 8-18 (Tryout Based Selection)

Program: Offers high-level training and competition for driven soccer players ready to grow and challenge themselves at the next level.
Seasons: Summer Pre-Season, Fall, and Spring.
Training Schedule: 3 practices a week.
Competition: League & Tournaments.
Coaching Staff: Licensed professional coaches.

AGES 12-14 (Tryout Based Selection)

Program: For ambitious players who are ready to train and compete in a high-performance environment.
Seasons: Summer Pre-Season, Fall, and Spring.
Training Schedule: 4 practices a week.
Competition: League & Tournaments.
Player Pathway: Official bridge to EAFC APX program and guidance toward higher level opportunities.
